Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your destination, customs processing, and shipping carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to varying laws regarding the shipment of tobacco products, we currently ship only to locations where it is legally permissible. Customers are responsible for understanding the regulations in their local area before placing an order.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Don Ruperto Cigars is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging for a resolution.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
- For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on cigars or other consumable products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for defective or damaged items. To request a refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@donrupertocigars.com.
- Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged items.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the items have not yet been shipped. Please email info@donrupertocigars.com with your order details.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, promotional items, and any product marked as a final sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.
